Meet our Pastor and His Wife Jared & Sarah Haymon
Letter from Pastor Jared Haymon
All my life, I’ve wrestled with the call of God.
As a multi-generational Pastor’s Kid, I’ve carried both the blessing and the burden of that legacy, a curiosity and ambition that’s driven me to search far and wide for what I was truly put on this earth to do.
It has taken me time to discover God’s purpose for myself. I’ve chased and worked for everything I thought mattered in this world, but no matter where I go or what I do, I always feel God there, calling me to serve.
I feel the weight of the eternal at every turn. I know now that God placed me here to love Him, to be loved by Him, and to love and serve others with that love that can only be found in the truth of Jesus Christ.
Nearly three years ago, my wife and I started Victory Bible Study. We wrestled with that call too, but God made it clear that this was what He wanted us to do. We began right in our living room, just a handful of us, hungry for truth and in need of “victory” in the name of Jesus.

Our Vision
Our Mission:
To lead people to victory through Jesus Christ, equipping men and women to live with purpose, stand in truth, and walk in daily surrender to God.
Our Vision:
To see a generation rise up that knows God personally, lives courageously, and transforms their families, communities, and culture with the Gospel.
Core Values:
1.Truth Over Trend -
We build our lives on Scripture, not shifting culture. God’s Word is the unshakable foundation for everything we do.
2. Faith in Action -
We don’t just believe, we move. Faith without works is dead, and we live out what we profess through obedience, courage, and consistency.
3. Family First -
We lead, serve, and restore homes to God’s design. Strong families build strong churches and strong communities.
4. Brotherhood & Sisterhood -
We grow stronger together. Iron sharpens iron as we hold one another accountable and lift each other up in love.
5. Bold Witness -
We live unashamed of the gospel. Our words, work, and way of life point others to Jesus Christ.
6. Presence Over Performance -
We prioritize intimacy with God over outward success. His presence is our purpose, not our platform.
7. God at the Center -
With Him, anything is possible, without Him, everything is in vain. Unless the Lord builds the house, those who labor, labor in vain. Every victory begins and ends with Him.
Fast forward to now, for almost two years we’ve gathered in our coffee shop, it has been an incredible journey, lives changed, prayers answered, God has truly blessed it. But over these past months, both my wife and I have felt the same stirring again: that we are not doing enough… that there is more God is calling us to do.
On September 7th, we shared that publicly, asking our Bible study and community to pray with us as we sought clarity on what’s next. That same week, the world was shaken by tragedy, and in that shaking, something powerful began to awaken.
We opened the doors of The Rock Jiu Jitsu Team gym, not for training, but for ministry.
And all I can say is: it felt right. It felt ordained.
God made it clear that it’s time to continue opening those doors, to Him, and for His service.
It seems fitting now that what began years ago as Victory Bible Study would find its new home at a Martial Arts Gym, and its new name and calling as Victory Church.
I don’t know what the future holds, but I know Who holds the future.
There’s a call of God on my life that I refuse to wrestle with any longer. I’m tapping out, I’m submitting to Jesus and His will.
So, I’m excited, and humbled, to announce the launch of Victory Church.
Everyone is welcome.
Our call is simple: to love like Christ loves.
If you come, expect to be met with love.
If you come, expect to worship freely.
If you come, expect to feel God’s presence and hear His word for what it truly is.
Hope to see you there.
