Jared Haymon comes from a rich legacy of faith. Raised in a multi-generational family of pastors, missionaries, and church planters, ministry has always been part of his story. As a Pastor’s son, whose parents were also raised in pastoral homes, Jared understands both the blessing and responsibility that comes with spiritual leadership.

From a young age, Jared sensed a call to ministry. In his early teens, he began serving in children’s ministry, leading outreach initiatives, participating in missions trips, and regularly preaching both locally and internationally. Those formative years shaped his heart for people and gave him practical experience communicating the truth of Jesus with clarity and conviction.

Like many leaders, Jared’s journey included seasons of growth and wrestling. In his late teens and early adulthood, he took a detour. Jared stepped into the business world, pursuing what he believed could be another avenue to impact lives for God’s Kingdom. Already a student attending Hope International University, Jared would pivot his studies to be more centric to business as a mission, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Jared went on to found and operate multiple businesses alongside his wife, Sarah, developing skills in leadership, strategy, organizational growth, and team building.
Yet even in seasons of entrepreneurial success, the call to pastoral ministry remained undeniable.
